We are currently recruiting professionals who are highly motivated with a focus on customer service for the following positions:

 


 

Part Time Facilities and Purchasing Manager
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Bank's Facilities and Purchasing department.  This position will be responsible for all facilities and purchasing functions for the Bank and affiliated companies.  This position will have a high degree of interaction with functional departmental managers in understanding their needs and will act as a liason with all outside vendors.  5 years prior experience in facilities and purchasing required and project management experience. 



Assistant Branch Manager: North Buffalo
The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the branch while ensuring all operational functions are completely and properly performed by the staff while ensuring superior service, security and satisfaction to our customers.  Must be proficient to oversee the teller function, ATM balancing, night depository processing, and customer service duties as well as a familiarity with IRA services and bank products and services.  Experience including supervisory, sales coaching, loan processing/documentation and service/operations skills required and 2-4 years of experience in banking.



Platform Specialist: Buffalo
Responsible for a variety of duties relating to the opening and processing of new accounts of all types; the cross-selling of bank services to customers and prospective customers as well as referrals to subsidiary companies.  2-4 years of experience within sales or banking required and strong knowledge of all bank products and services.



Head Teller: Buffalo
This position is expected to direct the activities of the teller personnel engaged in the processing of customer transactions; the maintenance and control of vault cash as well as performing the duties of a teller.  Minimum of three years teller experience and demonstrated excellent customer service skills.



Part-Time Tellers: Buffalo and North Boston
Responsible for meeting sales and service needs of customer while adhering to established policies and accurately processing customer banking transactions.  1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience and demonstrated good communicative and interpersonal skills. 



Financial Analyst
The Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for assisting with financial reporting and financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, profitablility reporting, asset/liability management, capital management, and other special projects in the Finance department.  2-3 years of experience in a professional environment, preferably within the Financial Services Industry and knowledge of the financial services/banking industry.
